隨著疫情的緩解，英國政府表示，符合安全標準的零售商店可能會在6月15日重新開業。FastfashionNext計劃在6月15日恢復25家門店的運營。

07|日本全境解除緊急狀態，零售商逐步恢復營業

東京時間5月25日，日本首相安倍晉三宣布四個都會區和北海道的緊急狀態將被解除，這標志著日本47個都道府縣將全部實現解禁。

根據世邦魏理仕最新發布的《酒店視野預測報告》，美國酒店經歷了2020年歷史上最嚴重的業績下滑之后，美國住宿需求將在2022年第三季度恢復到疫前水平。

世邦魏理仕同時也預測，奢華酒店的入住率將達到33.4%，為2020年最低水平。相反，經濟型酒店預計將實現最高的年入住率，達到46.4%。

09|全球首家“24K鍍金酒店”在越南興建

越南河內的金湖酒店將成為全球首家“24K鍍金酒店”。

這座建筑由HoaBinh集團于2009年開始動工，位于河內巴丁區(BaDinh)的江武湖(GiangVoLake)岸邊，是越南首都的黃金地段之一。建筑預計將于2020年內完工。

據當地媒體介紹，這座高25層的建筑外墻使用了5000平方米的鍍金瓷磚，內部裝飾24K金的鍍金家具，以及一個大型的屋頂游泳池。

投資集團GordonBrothers宣布向美國零售商BrooksBrothers提供2000萬美元有擔保定期貸款。

BrooksBrothers執行副總裁兼首席財務官StevenG.Goldaper表示，GordonBrothers以品牌為中心的融資方式能幫助BrooksBrothers快速制訂并執行專業的資本解決方案，幫助品牌實現長期可持續發展。此前有傳言稱BrooksBrothers近年來的表現每況愈下，更背負高達6億美元債務，正在考慮申請破產。

近日，瑞士戶外品牌Odlo及其子公司OdloInternational被MonteRosaSportsHoldingAG收購，交易已于5月13日完成，具體收購金額官方尚未透露。

據悉，MonteRosa自成立以來，HugoMaurstad已對運動和休閑領域的多個品牌進行投資，包括法國頂級戶外集團Rossignol旗下品牌Rossignol、Dynastar、Lange、Look等。

03|日本運動品牌DESCENTE增持與安踏的中國合資公司股份

5月22日，日本運動集團DESCENTE宣布，增持中國合資公司DescenteChinaHoldingLimited的股份至40%，本次交易預計于6月下旬完成。

根據條款，DESCENTE將成立全資子公司JV-IP，負責DESCENTE品牌在中國的商標權等知識產權的管理。到今年12月，DCH將持有90%的合資ip,Descente將持有10%的合資ip，但交易仍在與安踏集團協商中。

04|英國品牌CathKidston出售部分業務，依舊無力償還9000萬英鎊債務

4月21日，CathKidston管理層宣布，為償擔保債務，品牌的電商平臺、授權和批發業務以1780萬英鎊的價格，通過獨立出售流程出售給CathKidston當前的控股方——亞洲私募基金BaringPrivateEquity控股旗下的CKAcquisitionsLimited。CathKidston今后仍可以在網站上進行銷售。

據悉，出售資金遠遠少于9000萬英鎊的索賠金額。而由于租賃的店面已經移交給房東管理，一旦品牌出現無力支付此前租金的情況，或是店鋪內部需要重新維修，房東們的索賠金額會大大增加。

05|英國啟動5000萬英鎊高街恢復基金

英國政府日前為議會撥款5000萬英鎊用于支持本地高街品牌，以及6月15日英國商店重開后的一系列安全措施。

款項將于6月1日正式投入使用，范圍從拉特蘭議會的3.5萬英鎊到伯明翰議會的100萬英鎊不等。英國商業街大臣西蒙克拉克(SimonClarke)表示，重新開放高街將是英國啟動經濟復蘇的關鍵。
